If you would like to exchange items, you should send them back to us, place a new order on our website and pay for this new order.
We guarantee a return of the purchased goods within 10 days of their receipt, provided that the returned goods are unused, clean, are free from any scent (e.g. creams, perfumes), have tags attached and are in their original box.
We do not accept returns from businesses.

The goods must be sent in a box, as items sent in an envelope are susceptible to damage.

If the abovementioned conditions are not met then a return will not be possible.
The cost of shipping the returned goods is covered by the customer.
Hosiery items may not be returned or exchanged.
After receipt of the goods we will refund the money within 7 working days.
Items that are not deemed as acceptable to be returned (sent after the required date, do not have a VAT invoice or complaint letter attached, without tags or box, soiled, damaged), will be sent back to the customer.
Returns due to damage/manufacturing defects that are received later than 10 days from date of purchase, will be considered only if the original VAT invoice is attached.
Returns concerning mechanical damage resulting from transport will be considered only on the basis of a written complaint witnessed by the deliverer.
Please remember to carefully pack and protect the item.
